We recently had shades, blinds and shutters installed on 28 windows. We were very pleased with the professionalism and expertise of Window Fashions of Texas from the time Shari first visited our home to consult with us and measure the windows to the actual installation. We planned to only purchase plantation shutters for our downstairs windows, but after evaluating the bulk price savings, we decided to invest in the whole house option. We ended up with 30 shutters, and the look, feel and sunlight control has been wonderful. We received estimates from two other companies, one big box store and a local/national franchise company and we were unimpressed with the options they provided and they were ultimately more expensive with the big box store being significantly overpriced. The installation process was also way faster than I expected. The 2 installers were professional and the process for 30 windows took about 3 hours. I expected them to be there all day. It was fast because each shutter was completely built as a single unit when it arrived which really speaks to it's quality.
